During our Halloween season from August 1st – October 31st,  every attempt will be made to process and ship orders within 48 hours of receipt. Due to high volume, some delays may be expected.

Morphstore.com ships all orders promptly USPS. There are no shipments on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. Local customers may save shipping costs by picking up their orders at our shop. Local order pickup requires a 24 hour lead time during normal business hours from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM Monday through Friday by advance arrangement only.

All efforts are made to ship orders the same day they are received. However, this is not always possible due to order volume. Please allow up to two business days to process your order. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days, so please do not include these days towards your total ship time. Morphstore.com is located in Peachtree City, GA from which all orders are processed and shipped. If you live on the West Coast, your ship time is 4 business days in transit after the day the order ships. Please keep in mind that this does not include processing time in our shop. If you need to have your shipment by a certain date, please indicate this on your order and allow sufficient time for your order to reach you. Overnight, 2 Day and 3 Day deliveries are available, should you need expedited service. Contact: info@morphstore.com to request faster shipping. Please understand all ordering and shipping procedures before you place your order. You will receive one email from our system when your order is processed and one e-mail with a tracking number and estimated delivery date when it is shipped.

All orders paid by credit card will be subject to review prior to shipping and processing. Your credit card will not automatically be charged when the order is placed. Once your order is placed, your credit card will be in Pre-authorized status until the order is processed. This means that your credit card is checked for available funds to cover the calculated order charge, but not charged until invoicing and processing takes place.

Please do not show up at Morphstore.com unannounced! Scheduled visitors are welcome, but it is disruptive to the flow of service if we have to suddenly stop working to meet with with people unexpectedly. Please set up appointment via email first to: info@morphstore.makeupca.com.

Please be aware that any and all additional CUSTOMS COSTS ARE NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR ORDER. Any additional customs costs are the responsibility of the buyer at the time of pick up from your local post office.

If upon receipt of your order, any items are damaged or missing, you must contact us within 2 business days. Please save the damaged items and the original packaging. These must be available in order for us to file a claim with the mail carrier. If these are disposed of prior to settlement of the claim with the mail carrier, we will be unable to reship the replacement product.

Due to the specialized nature of our products, All Sales are final. Our liability is limited to the cost or replacement of the goods sold. It is the users responsibility to test for suitability of the product. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
